Features:
 
Air bubbles, crazes, cracks, flow marks and inefficient transparence are caused by material which is not completely dried before molding. Engineering plastics, such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, NYLON, etc, contain much humidity and can not be dried completely by hopper dryers.
 
With honeycle dehumidifier, honeycomb rotor provides drying air with dew point under -40°C that can remove the humidity in the material and reduce it to 0.02% before molding.

Double-condenser provides lower return air temperature and dew point below -40°C (-50°C is available with chilling water).

VAC Air-cooled Mold Dehumidifier

Features:

1.Equipped with reversed phase, faulty blower, pump overload and high temperature protection.
2.Consisted of buzzer and alarm, which ensure safe operation.
3.Cooling air temperature can be adjusted within 12-14°C, and is displayed on the controller.
4.Equipped with air filter which is convenient to clean.
5.Air shield is optional, which is used to recycle the output cooled air.
