VLMW41xx devices are fabricated using high-efficiency InGaN technology with a half-bright angle of ±60° and extremely high brightness from 180mcd to 450mcd. The device has a moisture sensitivity rating of 2a and can be stored for 4 weeks under normal conditions, exceeding the general PLCC-2 rating.
