The KC04 circuit is suitable for single-phase and three-phase full-control bridge power supply devices, and is used for two-way pulse phase shift triggering of thyristor. The KC04 device is a phase-shift pulse with two phase difference l80 output by the thyristor phase shifting trigger, which can conveniently constitute a full-control bridge flip-flop circuit. The circuit has the functions of output load capacity, phase shifting performance, good positive and negative half cycle pulse phase balance, wide phase shift range, low requirement for synchronous voltage, and pulse train modulation output. The electrical parameters are as follows: Power supply voltage: DC 15V, a l5V, allowing ±5% fluctuation (±100,6 function is normal). Power supply current: positive current ≤ 15mA, negative current ≤ 10mA. Synchronous voltage: any value (typically 30V AC). The synchronous input allows maximum synchronous current: 3mA (rms). Phase shift range: ≥l70° (synchronous voltage 30V, synchronous input resistance 15~30kΩ). Sawtooth amplitude: ≥10V (the amplitude is based on the flat top of the sawtooth wave). Output pulse: fl. Pulse width: l0μs ~ 2 ms (change the pulse width capacitance to reach). b. Pulse amplitude: >13V. C. Maximum output capacity: l00mA (out of pulse current). d.
