The project construction unit is Guangdong Power Grid. 2.4 Bidding scope: Technical assessment of the completion acceptance of water and soil conservation facilities for power transmission and transformation projects, preparation of a “Summary Report on Soil and Water Conservation Work” and “Technical Assessment Report for Acceptance of Water and Soil Conservation Facilities”, which were reviewed by the relevant water administrative department and finally obtained. 3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder has an independent legal personality, holds a valid and valid business license of a corporate legal person or a corporate legal person certificate;

3.2 Qualification Certificate of Grade B and above for environmental impact assessment of power transmission and transformation project with national certification (category of environmental impact report shall include: power transmission and transformation and radio and television communication; category of environmental impact report shall include: special item), no bad business Records of independent corporate or institutional legal entities. Need to be filed with the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection or the Qingyuan City Environmental Protection Bureau;

3.3 The person in charge of the project must hold a nationally recognized environmental impact assessment professional qualification certificate (transmission and transformation and radio and television communications or environmental protection acceptance inspection survey), and have intermediate or above professional titles;

3.4 The government in which the project is located and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. are not subject to restricted bids;
