The automobile intelligent weighing management system has become an important part of information management of many enterprises, forming a new weighing management mode that is efficient, accurate, fast and anti-cheating. The following takes a power plant application as an example to introduce the basic framework of system implementation.
The so-called automobile intelligent weighing management system is to add the automatic identification function of the symmetric heavy vehicle realized by the long-distance RFID technology to the original automobile weighing management system, and merge the automatically collected weighing vehicle information into the weighing management system. in. The intelligent weighing management system applied to the power plant has increased the passing speed of the fuel metering department of the power plant by 3-4 times. Through the automatic identification and accurate metering of the vehicle number, the economic losses caused by human fraud to the power plant are effectively prevented. In addition, after the implementation of the system, the labor intensity of the staff and the error rate of the manual weighing are greatly reduced, the transparency of the fuel management process is improved, and the informationization process of the power plant is promoted.
2. Application requirements
The automatic measurement system of the coal yard is aimed at the automatic automation of the automatic measurement, weighing and rinsing (empty vehicle) data of the vehicle as a means of transportation (without human intervention) to ensure the accuracy of the original data collection. By implementing automatic metering, the operation time of each operation link can be greatly shortened, the loading and unloading capacity of the metering system can be improved, and the working environment of the metering personnel and the driver of the vehicle can be improved, and the labor intensity can be reduced.
Second, the objectives of the project implementationThe implementation of the project is divided into two phases, the first phase is the transformation of the existing system, and the second phase is the unattended operation. The automatic measurement system of coal yard mainly includes the following six parts:
(1) Transportation vehicle queue management. Vehicle queue management mainly completes the queuing of transport vehicles, eliminates vehicle queues, and improves vehicle transportation order.
(2) Sampling. Sampling of the incoming coal is sampled (sampled coal is used for coal quality analysis).
(3) Weighing. Weighing mainly calculates the gross weight of the coal entering the coal.
(4) Back to skin. The skin is mainly used to measure the empty weight of the vehicle, and finally the net weight is calculated.
(5) Real-time monitoring. The real-time monitoring mainly completes the real-time monitoring of the sampling, weighing and skinning process, and timely understands the sampling, weighing and skin-returning conditions for timely processing.
(6) Monitoring and management system. The monitoring management system mainly completes the management and maintenance of the basic information of the system, and the selection and setting of the operation mode.
Third, the system design1. System topology
The network topology of the system is shown in Figure 1. These include: monitoring management systems, vehicle queue management, weighing hosts, sampling hosts, ejector hosts, real-time monitoring, database servers, and other online workstations. Each unit system is connected through the intra-plant LAN to achieve data sharing.

All transport vehicles first go to the vehicle queue management station before entering the coal yard to sort the queues. Only the sorted transport vehicles can enter the coal yard. After the sorting of the transport vehicles is completed, they enter the sampling platform for sampling. When sampling, it is necessary to judge whether the vehicle is queued or not. If it is a queued vehicle, it will not be sampled. After the sampling is completed, the vehicle enters the truck scale to measure the gross weight. After the measurement is completed, the coal is unloaded. After the coal is unloaded, the truck scale is taken into the truck scale to measure the tare weight. After the measurement is completed, the net weight is automatically calculated. In the process of weighing and skinning, if there is an abnormal phenomenon, the system will automatically notify the real-time monitoring system, and the monitoring personnel can process in time to ensure the normal operation of the system. The system workflow is shown in Figure 2.
