Compared with the hot reflux, the ultrasonic extraction method and the percolation extraction method have the advantages of short extraction time and no heating, but the extraction rate of phenylethanol total glycosides in the sunflower column is not high, which may be related to the type and structure of the phenylethanoid glycosides. .  3 Conclusions In this study, different extraction methods such as ultrasonic extraction, percolation extraction and hot reflux extraction were used to extract the total glucosides of phenylethanol from sunflowers. The results showed that the thermal reflux method was used. Good, the 80% ethanol reflux method has the best extraction effect, and the linear relationship is good in the range of 5.5~27.5 μg/mL, the recovery rate is 100.4%, the RSD value is 2.48% (n=5), and the total phenylethanol total glycoside in the sunflower column is good. The content is 1.97%.
