one. Control requirements

The traditional spray is to spray the paint directly on the glass bottle through the spray gun, then dry it, and then take the excess paint out of the workshop through the water, which wastes paint and seriously pollutes the environment.

It is now required that the atomized paint be sprayed on the outer surface of the glass bottle at a high speed by rotating the stainless steel disc moving up and down at a high speed, and the speed of the glass bottle moving forward and the speed of rotation of the bottle itself are adjusted by the frequency converter.

two. System main hardware configuration

PLC selection: T24S0T

The controller selects T24S0T from the sea, 24V DC power supply from external host, 16 DI, and 8 DO relay outputs. It comes with two communication ports (RS232+RS485) and can be expanded to 5 communication ports; two 200K high-speed pulse input , 2-way 200K high-speed pulse output; maximum expansion of 7 modules. This system requires multiple inverters to adjust the speed of the glass bottles to avoid excessive spraying due to excessive speed, or to slow down the amount of spraying. The T24S0T host has 485 ports, which can be used as a master station or slave station. It supports 1:N networking and supports various human-machine interfaces and configuration software. It can be used with any third-party equipment (such as inverters) with communication functions. Instruments, barcode readers, etc.) Networking. Therefore, the T24S0T can easily communicate with multiple inverters.


The rotation of the motor drives the nozzle to move up and down, so that the nozzle can be more accurately sprayed on the glass bottle. T24S0T supports single pulse output, pulse/direction output, forward/reverse output, A-phase/B-phase pulse, and synchronous pulse output. There are 5 output types. Different output modes can be selected according to the output type of the motor. The applicability is wide.

three. Part of the program

Sea is a simple PLC communication program. No matter which communication protocol you use, you only need one communication command to complete the complex communication functions. In this example, the baud rate of the inverter is 9600. The data format is E,7,1. The following is an example program for reading the inverter frequency communication.


In this example, the servo adopts the pulse plus direction output mode, so the PLC hardware configuration pulse output mode is pulse/direction output, and the nozzle is moved up and down by the PLSY high-speed pulse output instruction. When the number of pulse outputs is positive, the motor rotates in a forward direction, causing the nozzle to move downward; when the number of pulse outputs is negative, the motor rotates in reverse and drives the nozzle to move upward.
