There are many ways to judge the three-phase motor winding and its head and tail. For example, it is easy to use, safe and rapid. Judging the connection circuit is shown in Figure 1.
(1) In-phase winding judgment: two batteries are connected in series, and then the polarity is connected with one pole of the LED, the other pole is connected with any tap of the motor, and the other taps are respectively touched with the other pole of the battery. The LEDs are brighter in phase windings.
(2) Winding end-to-tail judgment: first connect one end of any two-phase winding of the motor, the other ends are connected with the two poles of the LED, and one end of the remaining one-phase winding is connected with the negative pole of the battery, and the other end and the battery are different. Extreme touch.
At the instant of turning on, if the LED is bright, the positive pole of the battery, the negative pole of the LED and the other end of the winding connected to the positive pole of the LED, and the first or the end of the winding are judged once.
If it is not bright, you can change the electrode or winding connector of the battery and try again. If the LED is not lit, check the battery, LED and each connector until it is bright.
