Second, the number of new energy vehicles is relatively small, and most of the users are self-owned charging piles. The average utilization rate of public charging piles is less than 15%, the industry's profitability is relatively low, and the business model needs further exploration.
Third, due to unreasonable layout, maintenance is not in place, and many faults and zombie piles have appeared in some areas. In addition, the charging interface security standards also need to be improved, charging information and payment are also facing some risks of network security vulnerabilities;
Fourth, due to the large cost of power supply expansion in the red line of the community, the system and mechanism barriers for the installation of private charging piles still exist, which requires the parties to promote the solution as soon as possible.
In the past two years, China's charging facilities have developed rapidly. By the end of October, a total of 195,000 public charging piles had been built nationwide, an increase of 82% year-on-year; and 188,000 private charging piles, an increase of 214%.
Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other places have established a city-level charging facility operation and management platform. State Grid , Putian New Energy, Special Call, Wanbang and other enterprises have also established an enterprise-level platform.
