Common chiller operating parameters

The role of industrial chillers is mainly to provide chilled water to cool equipment in various industries, to improve product accuracy and improve production efficiency. After the user purchases the industrial chiller and installs it, he observes its actual operation. So what are the operating parameters of industrial chillers? Its operating parameters mainly include voltage, current, power, temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, concentration and so on.

Voltage: The supply voltage must match the voltage of the equipment. Too high or too low will affect the safe operation of the chiller.

Current: There is the nameplate current and actual running current of the industrial chiller.

Power: The operating power consumption of an industrial chiller.

Temperature: The temperature of the industrial chiller includes evaporator temperature, condensing temperature, compressor suction temperature, compressor discharge temperature, intermediate temperature, subcooling temperature of the refrigerant before the throttle valve, compressor oil temperature in the crankcase, and cooling. Water temperature, chilled water temperature, etc.

Pressure: The pressure of the industrial chiller includes evaporation pressure, condensing pressure, intermediate pressure, cooling water pressure, chilled water pressure, and lubricating oil pressure.

Flow rate: refrigerant flow rate, cooling water flow rate, chilled water flow rate, and the like.

Level: The oil level in the crankcase and the refrigerant level.

Piston chiller for normal operation

1) The oil pressure of the compressor during operation should be 0.1-0.3 MPa higher than the suction pressure.

2) If there is an oil hole on the crankcase, the oil level should not be lower than 1/2 of the oil hole; if there are two oil holes, the oil level should not exceed 1/2 of the upper oil hole, not low Below the 1/2 of the oil hole.

3) The temperature of the crankcase is generally maintained at 40-60 ° C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ° C.

4) The temperature at the shaft seal of the compressor must not exceed 70 °C.

5) The exhaust temperature of the compressor varies depending on the refrigerant used. Do not exceed 120 °C when using R12 refrigerant, and do not exceed 135 °C when using R22 refrigerant.

6) The suction temperature of the compressor is 5-15 °C higher than the evaporation temperature.

7) The running sound of the compressor is clear and uniform, and there is rhythm and no impact sound.

8) The compressor motor runs stably and the machine temperature is normal.

9) The oil separator with automatic oil return device can automatically return oil.

10) The voltage and current are consistent with the unit nameplate voltage and current. Too high or too low will affect the safe operation of the chiller.

Understanding these basic parameters has some guiding suggestions for us to use and use the chiller better, which will enable us to better use and utilize the chiller.

Loudspeaker

We engineer loudspeaker solutions that offer great durability, quality sound, and peak performance. When an electrical signal is applied to the voice coil it generates a magnetic field. The voice coil and magnets within the Speaker interact causing the coil and attached cone to move, generating sound. Our loudspeakers incorporate large magnets and particular voice coils to handle a broad range of frequencies and sounds. Additionally, our loudspeakers can be configured in multiple cone materials, sizes, shapes and gaskets to adapt to different operational environments. We have provided loudspeaker solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications. Our loudspeaker designs can be found in home theater systems and on the handlebars of some of the most exquisite motorcycles.
