16-way wireless remote control switch circuit DIY production

This example describes a 16-channel wireless remote control switch, which can freely control the opening and closing of 16-channel household appliances within 60m, without the influence of obstacles such as walls, doors and windows.

The wireless remote control switch circuit consists of a wireless remote control transmission circuit and a wireless remote control receiving control circuit.

Wireless remote control transmitter circuit consists of control buttons S1 ~ S16, resistors R1 ~ R3, capacitor C1 Zener diode VS, crystal oscillator BC1, DTMF encoding integrated circuit IC1 and wireless remote control emission integrated circuit IC2, as shown.

Component selection

R1, R2 and R4, R6 ~ R39 use 1/4W carbon film resistors or metal film resistors; R3 and R5 are selected 1/2W metal film resistors.

C1 to C3 are all aluminum electrolytic capacitors with a voltage rating of 16V.

VS selects 1/2W, 5.1V silicon zener diodes.

VL1 ~ VL16 use φ3mm ordinary light-emitting diodes.

V1 selects S9013 silicon NPN transistor for use; V2- V17 selects C8050 or S8050, Model 3DG8050 silicon NPN transistor for use.

IC1 uses UM95087 type telephone to use DTMF dialing coded integrated circuit; IC2 selects HS101 type wireless remote control to launch thick film integrated circuit; IC3 selects HS201 type wireless remote control to receive thick film integrated circuit; IC4 selects MC145436 type telephone to use DTMF decoding integrated circuit; IC5 selects CD4514 or MC14514 type 4-16 line decoder integrated circuit; IC6-IC13 (D1-D16) selects CD4013 type double D toggle integrated circuit.

S1 to S16 can use a combination keyboard or a miniature button for a telephone.

K1 ~ K16 are selected 9V power DC relay.

Both BC1 and BC2 use a 3.58MHz quartz crystal oscillator.
